Great Alaskan Shop Hop 2009

The participating shops have been busy putting together their shop hop blocks and will have them available on May 1.  A mother~daughter team from Wasilla designed this years quilt.  The blocks are traditional blocks such as log cabin, drunkards path and flying geese with an Alaskan themed applique on each block.  All of the shops were able to choose the block that they liked best to be represented in their store.  I picked the log cabin block with the outhouse applique...Seams Like Home...outhouse...get it!?!?   If nothing else, I truly amuse myself with my humor! 

Stop by the shop beginning May 1 to pick up your block.
